Liebe Community,

There some users who cannot roll back the last windows update. Like us: (Es gibt einige Nutzer, die das Windows-Update nicht rückgängig machen können. Wie wir: )
You see, that we cannot roll back the last windows update.
I hope, that you have got another solution. An update for Photoshop elements? Our version ist adobe photoshop elements 9.

Hello,
thank you, Anwesha, for your answer. But the linked thread did not help.
There are some remarkable answers in that thread. Someone, who at first thought that his problem was solved, wrote this:
"As of tonight, I'm now a user of Photoshop Elements 15 (and Premier Elements 15) and, so far, its pulldown menus have text!“
Buying a new version is no solution for us. We have many programs that we have bought in the last years and don't want to buy new programs after updating windows.
And other suggestions:
„How to handle it:
1. NEVER EVER install the creators update from WIN10
2. If you have installed it, never turn off the comuter again.
3. Buy some PSE 15 versions which work with creators update.
4. Install a legal WIN7-VM virtual machine on your computers and install the PSE there.“
I see that it is not easy to handle it.
As a result: I state that there ist no whole solution for that problem for the different PSE-versions and PCs.
I hope, that you won't close this discussion. I will read the other linked threads and the linked threads and so on hoping that there ist a solution for us inside that we didn't try yet.
Good bye
Martin

Hi community,
today I got and installed Windows 10 update
2017-07 Kumulatives Update für Windows 10 Version 1703 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB4032188)
After installation and reboot of the system the error was fixed. Thank you to all helpers.
