Can someone tell me why, on God's green earth, one cannot merge stacks in the unnamed tab (by dragging and dropping) unless both the souce and destination stack are in the current view? It works just fine on the named tab, but not on the unnamed tab. Now, I get that I can select two or more stacks by holding the control key down and then chose to merge. However, when I do this I have to be ready to name the combined stack. Often I'm not ready. I don't yet know who the person is. I just want to reduce the number of unnamed stacks I have to deal with. Can anyone help?
