Depuis plusieurs mois, mon PhotoShop Eléments 12 ne fonctionne plus sur mon Macbook Pro.

Lorsque j'essaie de l'ouvrir, j'ai le message "Photoshop Eléments 12 Editor a quitté de manière imprévue", avec le détail de message d'erreur ci-dessous.

J'ai acheté le produit sur l'AppStore ; je n'ai pas de clé produit connu, mais j'ai toujours les références de l'achat sur l'Appstore

Comment puis-je faire pour réparer ?
