Missing PSE 2022 updates

Hi

 I have installed PSE 2022 on Windows 11 back in November 2021

Version displayed is

Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 20.0 (20210907.Git.master.dc62918)  x64

Based on the information on

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/release-note/update.html

there should be at least two updates available to me –

2022 update (version 2022.1) Build: 20211214.Git.dot.221c6b7

2022 update (version 2022.2) Build: 20220201.Git.dot.85f4837

Is this correct and if yes, why I am not offered those updates ?

The reason is that you are not on a Mac ???
