Mixer Brush missing from Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

I am missing the mixer brush from my tool bar options in my Adobe Photoshop Elements 15. Am i missing something? or do I just have the cheap version? Does Elements 15 have the mixer brush or do I need to download it from the internet? Thank you

No mixer brush in photoshop elements. That's only in photoshop cc.
