Are there detailed instruction on how to move elements 2020 to another PC and not lose tags, facial recogonition etc?

Hi,

The Photoshop Elements Organizer User Guide has a section on backing up & restoring catalogs.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll see that you need to create a full backup, put the backup on a removable drive (like an external hard drive), then restore from this backup on your new computer.
