Moving photos into Bridge 2020 or PS Elements 20 using Catalina

Bridge is not recognizing that an iPhone is attached to desktop, so am unable to load photos to Bridge.  

Elements 20 does recognize the phone but only sees two out of about 10 pictures.  Any idea how to fix these problems?
