Multiple images in Elements 15 Organiser

How can I delete unwanted photos from my Organiser library on iMac. Since upgrading to High Sierra it has gone haywire..

Can you please explain and, perhaps, provide a few screenshots illustrating what you mean by "gone haywire" and "unwanted photos?"

My iMac photo library has only 1,589  photos in it. When I go to PS organiser there are 10,377 photos. Many are duplicated, some are triplicated, many are just heads, and every photo I have  ever loaded and then deleted is still showing. It takes ages to load, and I just want to delete them.

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question but hopefully someone will come along who can.

Your post piqued my interest because I have what I believe to be similar problems on my Winodws 10 laptop.

Why does Organizer create duplicate images?

After long discussions, we left it that the problem is probably caused by the OS not Organizer, but haven't had time to call Microsoft yet.
