Music in Elements Organizer, is it free to use?

Hi!

I have a friend who made a slideshow in PS Elements 8. She used existing music found in Elements Organizer. Does anyone know if this music is free to use? Under what license? She does not find any info about this, and I do not use PS Elements myself.
