My PSE 26.0 miss som features

When I open my PSE I get first one and then one more messages.

First: The required components were not completely installed. Please reinstall the application.

Second: Online Services could not be initialised. Please reinstall. Press OK to continue without Online Service.

Question: What Services? and how do I reinstall?

First unistall PSE 2026- two or three ways to do that-  you may not be able to uninstall it. 

Redownload 26.0 from your Adobe account.   It is actually probably 26.1 that you will be downloading. 

About the services: Don't worry about it / ignore it.   You do need to be online when your first install it.  If, like most of the wolrd you are allways online and don't turn off your internet connection you can ignore anything about services for now. Services is nothing you can install individually- you probably are seeing  something about them because of the incomplete installation.

Just for information: Your advice worked. Organiser is still 26.0, but editor is 26.1. And I can restore photos. Thank You again.
