My raw file wont update

Hi my photosop elements says when i try to update it ,there are no updates available but my camera raw file is still on version 5.5 when it should be on 12, and when i click on system info, it doesnt have any idea what system im running, it says im running vista,when im actually on windows 10. has anybody idea whats going on, thanks pete
