My update for RAW in PSE13 stop in progress

Please help.

I have just bought Photoshop Elements 13, and have a Canon 760D DLSR camera.

I click "help" in the menu-bar -> update ...

I start the update, but the update stop every time 6,5% in the progress.

A window pops up, and say: "Please close the following applications to continue" ... and then the update stop.

Why?

What to do?

Please.

Hi,

Could you please clean the preferences and retry updating. While launching PSE press and hold-> CTR+ALT+Shift and clean the preferences.

After cleaning preferences retry updating ACR/RAW and see if this helps.
