When I bought a new computer 2 -1/2 years ago, I purchased Photoshop Elements 2021. It came with a cd for Windows and also 1 for Mac.
About 6 weeks ago I purchased a Mac Mini with no CD/DVD Drive so I came to Adobe to get a download of PE 2021. They downloaded 2022. Today I decided to try it out. So of course I had to provide a serial number, which I did. Well, the number I have is outdated and Adobe wants me to purchase a NEW PRODUCT. The 2021 didn't get a lot of use and now they want me to buy another. NO WAY!
I really did not like 2021 all that much anyway. I guess I will have to use my old laptop with PE 7.
This is so wrong!
I always loved working in Elements and have made so many cards. I'll have to keep an older version of Elements just so I can print them. Elements 2021 on my Windows 10 computer constantly freezes up (as does Word and many other things) and I must use Task Manager to close it. The cards I tried to print did not print correctly. How much is Elements and how much is my computer and/or Windows, I do not know. The computer crashed at 4 MONTHS old and I had to install a new Windows 10 and it's been downhill from there.
Excuse me for venting. This is really close to the last straw!!
Is there any way I can just get a download of Elements 21 to my Mac computer?

Will they charge me for this? Will I need to uninstall Elements 2021 from my Windows computer? I'm keeping it (Windows)until I get everything like I want it on my Mac Mini-which i have had only a little over a month. I do have installlation DVDs (it came with one for Win and one for Mac) I can use when I get an external CD/DVD Reader installed.
Thank you.

A download link should also be available on the Products page of your Adobe.com account.
