Need tech support to turn off software on old computer and move to new computer.

I have a new laptop.  Need to "turnoff" the Ps Elements on the old laptop so I can install on my new laptop.  But can't find my software disc.  Need technical help to accomplish this.  I have Ps Elements 9 and would like to continue with it.

You are allowed installation on 2 machines, but it is a good idea to deactivate on the old laptop if you are not going to use it. Go to the Help menu to deactivate.
