Need the source of a tutorial on contrast adjustments

I am missing the example photos, and need help to find the reference to this tutorial; thanks.

Text starts: Using simple masks in Photoshop for local adjustments.....

2nd paragraph: Among many plug-ins for Photoshop, we like the tonal contrast filter in Nik's Color Efex Pro 4....

3rd paragraph:  Notice that with the contrast properly set, the colors are rich and saturated....

I often use the Pro Contrast filter in Nik Collection. You can start by expanding the thumbnail previews on the left. After selecting a suitable starting point you can tweak with the sliders.
