need to reinstall photoshop elements 7.0 from old hard drive

Old hard drive kept warning of an imminent failure, so I installed a new SSD drive. Now of course old programs won't work, and selecting the pse.exe doesn't work either. Is there any way to install from an old hard drive onto a new SSD drive running windows 10?

Start by uninstalling.

Then try installing from the Adobe download link below and validate the product with your serial number.

Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

Thanks for the help – can you point me to which file on the old hard drive (Program files \ Adobe \ Elements \ ???) that might have the serial number contained in the file to validate the download?

Thanks

Bret

If you originally registered your product the serial number will be stored in your Adobe Account.

Sign in with your Adobe ID (email address & password) and choose the tab “Plans & Products”

Then view your products. Every registered application should be shown with serial numbers.

To see a list of your registered products and their serial numbers, go to My Account
