a bit of background: i bought the bundle (Photoshop and Premier) as a digital download from Amazon. I redeemed my code from amazon, and got my serial numbers. then i tried to download the install files from the code redeem page, and the downloads never started. i entered a chat with Adobe support, and got the direct download links, and successfully downloaded both install packages.
after i un-zipped both files, i first tried installing Photoshop. after a few minutes into the install process, the install failed with error: 183. so i re-contacted Adobe support through chat, and the support person entered a remote-control session, and deleted every Adobe file from my computer, and told me to re-download the install packages, and re-try to install them.
i did so, and i still get the error: 183, from both Photoshop, and Premier. at this point, i am extremely frustrated.

A search on the Web finds that the error code 183 also appears when installing another Adobe software:

Is it a windows or a MAC machine?
Could you please try locating the below log file and check the errors logged.
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\Install.log
MAC: /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/Install.log
Before you open the log files, please run the setup again, so a fresh log is created at the end of this file and you do not have to struggle in finding the errors logged.
Please share the error details that you find in this file.
Thanks

Windows 10 system.
i already canceled my order of the software through Amazon.
i had been in several support chat sessions through Adobe support, and the support techs all failed to be able to install the software. though one of them, in a "remote control" session, managed to remove several DLL files that were important, as now i get errors from non-adobe software.
perhaps when i am able to buy a replacement laptop, i may try the software again in the future. at the moment, i am extremely upset with the situation.
