If you couldn't download from Amazon what installer are you using? Try the download link here. Alternatively, you should have a download link for your registered programs in your Adobe.com account. Click this link and it should take you to the page where you will find it. You may have to sign into your Adobe account before reaching the page.
Other issues that may affect the installation is your firewall and antivirus programs. Turn them off while you are performing the installation.
