How come there is NEVER a solution located to help you with aa problem whenever asks your to provide information to Adobe?  I have experienced this to any problem I have had with either Photoshop 15, 2018, or 2019.  It's always "no solution to the problem" located.  Some help that is!!!!!!  Was thinking of upgrading to Elements 2020, but not satified at this point so why should I expect better with the new version?

You can probably find all the help you need by asking questions on this forum.  Since you haven't told us what kind of problems you have experienced, there is little we can say in response.

You mean the automatic crash reports? There is almost never a “solution” except in very specialist cases. Crashes are comparatively rare, and often point at video driver issues.
