Hello, I just bought a new computer and also an update from Photoshop Elements 12 to 2020. How should I bring photo's and catalogue to the new computer?
Just import the backup catalogue that I made
or
copy all the folders also (in explorer?)

Use the PSE12 Organizer on the old computer:
File >> Backup
Use PSE 2020 on the new computer:
File >> Restore
Make a full backup using an external hard drive which is compatible with both computers, which will copy the entire catalog database and the media files.
