I have Elements 14, I thought I could download it onto a second computer, can I actually do this. I've purchased a new computer & want to reinstall Photoshop Elements 14 on it

Found out how to download ok but now it keeps coming up with an error message telling me to restart computer, done this 3 time Adobe really do not make thing easy

Thank You all for your help, found the problem, was trying to download 32bit version instead of 64bit version (what ever that means) Thank You
