New message about serial number on too many computers

I've been using Elements 13 for over 10 years, but now suddenly I get a notice saying that the serial number is being used on too many computers. I haven't changed anything, so why the new notice?

Please show a screen shot of the message (without personal info or serial number!!) and tell us when you get it. This is only expected when you try to install or activate the software, not just when you run it, so it shouldn't happen suddenly.
