no access to photos editor in photoshop elements 2026

i have ...1 no access to new functions 2 til today no access to photos editor .....if its because i am on windows 10 i should like to change my formula for photoshop elements 2025

Did the Photoshop Elements 2026 Editor ever work or did it jusr recently stop working?

Even though Photoshop Elements 2026 is not officially supported on Windows 10 it should still work.
