No chanse to run PS Elements 13 with Mac OS Sequoia?

I recently changed to a new Macbook (macOS 15.5) and tried to re-install Photoshop Elements 13 after downloading it from the Adobe website. Big to my surprise there was a prohibition icon on the installer file.  Is there any chance to make PSE 13 work on my rig?

Even though Photoshop Elements 13 itself is 64 bit, it includes many 32 bit components like the installer that won't work on macOS starting with macOS 10.15 Catalina because Apple removed the ability of those operating systems to run 32 bit stuff.
