No drop down text Phots elements 10

I have done a clean install of fully updated win 10 ver. 1703 build 15063.296

I have done a clean re-install of elements 10 and run all updates.

When I select a dropdown from the toll bar no text shows and any submenu select is disabled.

I have not been successful in finding a solution.

Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

I understand you are facing issue with the functionality of Edit menu in Organizer with Windows 10.

There is a possibility that you might have hidden your taskbar in Windows 10.

Can we follow the following steps:

Firstly,

- Unhide your taskbar

- Press and hold or right-click any empty space on the taskbar, tap or click Settings , and then turn on either or both Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode and Automatically hide the taskbar in tablet mode.

*If this doesn’t work.

Secondly,

- Set your Adobe Organizer windows to “Restore Size”

- Example

- This is restore

- &

- This is maximize

The task bar is showing (Fig 1)

but the drop down do not show text (fig 2)

and the same issue does not impact Premiere Elements (fig 3)
