No longer have automatic suffix "_edited_n" when saving file after editing.

Unless I am doing something wrong it appears that this problem continues (or possibly reappears) with Photoshop Elements 2023 on Mac with Ventura 13.4 OS.

PE2020; No longer have automatic suffix "_edited_n" when saving file after editing.  Likewise with suffix "copy".
