I installed PE15. It was active and running. The program hung and I then closed it out. Now, when I trey to start PE15, it says "this product is not licensed, start PE editor to license.
When I go to the editor, I am already signed in and there is no place to enter activation code.
I signed out, signed back in and nothing, It doesn't even give me a trial window to enter the code.
I just reinstalled through the CD and never once asked me for an activation code.
Thanks

What happens when you launch the Editor in Expert mode? If you are signed in (you will see your email address under the help menu) then the software is activated.

Hi Dhananjay.
I downloaded and executed the application manager.
I started editor, and signed out. Closed the app and then signed back in
I signed back in and it said " my creative photography plan is now activated" ( I have a subscription)
But it gave me no where to enter a license number.
I bought PE from Amazon (disc) with a valid number - but no where during the process does it give me a place to enter.
Thanks

Hi -
This does not work.
At no time does it ask me to register PE15. It just keeps saying that my Creative Cloud is now enabled.
Thee seems to be a major disconnect between PE15 (purchased software) and Cloud (subscription software)
inn the meantime, I spent 80 bucks on junk that doesn’t work., Pretty sad after I have ben a customer since PE2 and nobody from Adobe can help.
Thanks
