Try resetting the preferences file. Go to the Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button. If that doesn't fix your printing problem, we need more details from you.
When you say that Photoshop kicks off, do you mean that it crashes?
Are you talking about printing in the Organizer or the Editor or both?
If you are talking about the Editor, are you able to print from the Organizer (or vice versa).
At exactly which step in the process does the program "kick off."

Thank you! I tried resetting the preference files but when I tried it, It did the same thing. I log into Photo shop 2021. I click on photo editor and it takes me to do my job. All that works as it always has,. When ready to print I go to Print. I pick my printer ET-8550 and set all the parameters. When I press the OK button just before I print, the Photo editor job simply dissapears with no recovery available. The original Phto shop stays open but the edited part disappears. I've tried everything as far as printers and they all work like they are suppose to with other than Photo shop programs. Than you fortrying to help. I will try anything. I use it to produce pssport photos for a small town in ND and really need to get back to where i was! Thank you so much
