Seeem to be no support in Sweden, why sell something without support?  I paid for it, used it some time and had to re.install Windows and now it is not accept  serial number, it is the nuber I have used and it is also the number in my login on Adobe .   As I  not speak English I know any problem in future also will be a pain so I guess just find a another software  that have people answering

Hi bob. I do not speak English so forgive me if I write in a strange
way. Adobe says Wrong serial number, try again. The alternative links
they give is of no help. And the auto -chat is just impossible, "please
register first" it says and duh that is the problem ..stupid chat 🙂

It is - was - the correct serial nr - I have it noted and it is also the
exactly the same number in my Adobe account. Account also says it was
version 17. The link to download PE in the account may be new version and
if that is the reason I do not know where to find version 17 just for
testing.

I have used Photoshop for 20 years (the big one and Elements) and have no
problems to use it but I just refuse to pay again for something I already
payed for.

Are you downloading from your Adobe.com account?

Version 17 is Elements 2019. 
Since you have reinstalled Windows, it is possible that you have activated the license too many times. When you contact Adobe Support, tell them you need to reset the activations for your license. You should be able to do this via chat.

Oh Ok I was guessing the other way, to little use as I was sick some time
and then Covid.. Reset the activations was a great sentence, I will
use that .
But the big problem is to find a support - e a for mejl to a live prson
now even the chat was gone.
