Seeem to be no support in Sweden, why sell something without support? I paid for it, used it some time and had to re.install Windows and now it is not accept serial number, it is the nuber I have used and it is also the number in my login on Adobe . As I not speak English I know any problem in future also will be a pain so I guess just find a another software that have people answering

Version 17 is Elements 2019.
Since you have reinstalled Windows, it is possible that you have activated the license too many times. When you contact Adobe Support, tell them you need to reset the activations for your license. You should be able to do this via chat.
