Opening Files

I’m currently using PSE 2018 with Windows 10 and I currently have an annoying issue whenever I open a file. The file opens in the upper left corner of the computer screen, not the workspace, but the computer screen as shown in the following image.

I’ve checked my Preference settings and ensured they were the same as in previous versions of PSEs. I’m sure it’s a simple setting somewhere.

If you can help me with correcting this issue such that the file will open in the upper left of the workspace, I would appreciate it.

Elements 15: floating images open extremely small in the editor
