All online printing services provide ways to upload selected photos from your computer.
So, what you ask the Elements organizer to do is to select the files to be printed and use the 'Export as new files' command to export (copy) them to a temporary folder in your computer. The export function has options to rename, sharpen and most importantly resize the output files. You set the dimensions for your output and the quality. That will make the transfer faster for optimal quality.
You log in to your printing service and use its upload service.
You don't need to keep the temporary folder on your computer. If your file selection has been saved in an album, you can re-export any time later. No file duplication, a simple album list is saved in the catalog.
