Organiser 2022 not opening

Editor will not import files from Organiser (2022) and leaves the thumnail as a torn sheet of grey paper.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like you are exceeding the maximum size limit for files in the Editor. (30k px x 30k px)  The Organizer can handle the files if you have edited the registry.

Thank you for trying to help me out with this matter. I have followed your instructions re amending the register but I have come to a halt as shown on the screeshot viz no "elements" sub folder!
