Organizer don't work.. PSE15

Hi, i have Photoshop Elements 15 and the Organizer doesn't work anymore.

If i have to download Photos by Card Reader, i have to download with Foto of Windows (i have Windows 10!). Organizer does not allow me to access any key (such as "import").

I click on import and the program stop responding, click on files buttom and stop the program without point out error messages!

How can I do?

Help me!

PS Sorry but my English is not very well!

Hi,

Do you face issue with only Import or with any other actions also? If in others too, then please mention the scenarios. Would be helpful in resolving the issue.
