Organizer in elements

My Adobe Photoshop elements 2019 organizer has mysteriously stopped opening. When you click on the icon it looke like it will open but after a few seconds it closes again. Not sure why, I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled. Fortunately I can still see my photos in editor but it annoying that I cannot see the entire catalogue.

Suggestions please.

Can you try uninstalling the software and then installing it again?
