I installed Elements about 2 years ago. The Organizer app has consistently crashed on me within a couple of seconds of starting it, ever since I originally installed it about 2 years ago.  I can use the Organizer - even after it crashes - so I have been able to get some benefit from it. I went through some diagnostic efforts witht the support line shortly after I first installed it, but was never able to get to the bottom of my issue. Does anyone know if I can install the latest version as a free trail to see if Organizer continues to crash? As soon as I close the "Crash Report" window, the application closes on me. So to keep using it, I simply don't respond to the "Crash Report" dialog box.

I'm running the 2021 version of PE,  but here are the speicific details for the version of  Organizer that was included when I purchased PE 2021 ...

I recently had a similar problem where, upon opening the Organizer, an Adobe Crash Reporter popped up.  If I responded to the crash reporter, the program crashed to the desktop.  But, if I pushed the window to one side, I could work with the catalog without problems.

For me, the problem was catalog-specific.  I suggest that you either open a different catalog if you have one, or go to File>Manage Catalogs and create and open a new catalog.  If the Organizer then launches without the crash reporter appearing, we can conclude that the problem is with your current catalog.  If that is the case, you can try repairing and optimizing the catalog and see if it makes any difference.  (I forget whether it did in my case.)

You can certainly install the trial version of Elements.  If you do this, make sure that the problem catalog is the last one launched with Elements 2021.  When you open the Elements 2023 trial Organizer, you should be asked whether you want to convert your old catalog, and you should choose yes.  ISTR that the conversion process fixed the issue with the catalog (but I'm not sure about that).  In any event, it is worth giving it a try.

Please let us know what happens.  And I will try to find my notes about what happened in my case.
