Organizer Workspace - Not responding

2021 Organizer, my organizer workspace will not open upon start, I keep getting "not responding" beyong frudtrated I use this to do quick edits on shoots. I have all Auto Creations items turned off. I can get to the catalog manager I have tried repair, optimizer even built a new catalog still no luck on opening my photo thumb nails.Help please

If you try to launch the organizer while keeping the shift key pressed, do you get the option to open a new empty catalog? If you can, try to import a small batch of files to see if the organizer is responding as expected. That's to know if we should concentrate on a corrupt or faulty catalog.

If you can't, do you get an error message, what is happening in detail?

It might help if you give us more details about your OS and your hardware. For instance a copy of the first 20 lines of the dialog you get from the menu help > system info of the editor and of the organizer.

I have an MSI Ge72 Apache, with Windows 10, intel core i7-6700 processor Intel HD graphics 530.

Yes, I can get to a new catalog page, I tried setting up a new catalog but nothing will load. I cannot even open the organizer to get to a file. the list below is from the editor.

I assume that you have answered yes to the try again option in the error message. If not, give that a try since it will sometimes open the catalog OK.

At this point, I would suggest doing a complete uninstall/reinstall of Photoshop Elements 2021 - and also Premiere Elements, if you also have that program installed. (If you don't uninstall both, the Organizer will not be uninstalled.) When you uninstall, select yes/OK to the option to delete preferences.
