Organizing Actions PSE 24

Hello. I've been trying to figure this out for awhile but can't seem to get anywhere with it. Is there a way to organize and move your actions in the action panel in PSE 24? It's not like the older versions where you can click and drag to your favorites folder. Thanks for any help!

Any actions  I ever download (PSE cannot create actions, it can only play them) I just put here: (this is not what most do)

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\25.0\Presets\Actions
I NEVER NAMED MY USER ACCOUNT IN WINDOWS- THAT IS WHY YOU SEE USERS\USER If I named my user account it would say c:\Users\Glenn\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\25.0\Presets\Actions

All photoshop actions have the ATN file extension.
When an action gets to something PSE does not have the ability to do:  The action stops.
All actions are recorded in photoshop- PSE can only play actions. 

If you have version 2024 where it says "25.0" yours would say  "24.0"

YOU CAN DO WHAT IS IN THE IMAGE BELOW- If you want.

Hi! Thanks! I do know how to load actions and how to play them but it's frustating that you cant move or orgnaize them. I had an older version of PSE and you were able to drag and drop to put actions you used a lot into the favorites folder and now you can't even do that. I'm perplexed and wondering if I'm missing something. Thanks!
