When importing photos from my phone to PSE, they used to go to my list of folders in the order of the dates. I hadn't used the PSE for a while, and now, it is putting them in as a sub folder of an older date. I don't know why they are kept separate from the other folders on the bottom. (Please see attached file.) On line, I have not been able to find out how to fix this issue because it is difficult to explain. A picture shows it better.
I'd also like to know of a paid site where someone could log into my computer and give me personalized instruction on how to organize my pictures. Looking for PSE information on line has been an extremely frustrating experience.
Thank you.

When you import photos from your phone, using the Adobe Photo Downloader (APD), the files are stored wherever you direct in the APD (Standard or Advanced) dialog:
If you then use the option of placing the files in a sub-folder of date taken, the sub-folders will be placed under the folder that you have selected.
Perhaps, you mistakenly selected or did not notice that the wrong parent folder was chosen. However, it is (fairly) easy to correct the mistake. Simply, click and drag the new sub-folders to the Saved Pictures folder. In your case, I would move the four sub-folders of the Pictures>2022 09 05 folder first. Once you have done that, if there are no actual photos in the Pictures>2022 09 05 folder, you can right-click on it and delete it. You can then click and drag the other two wrongly placed Pictures>[Folders] to the Saved Pictures folder.
All of this must be done in the Organizer, not in File Explorer.

I should add that if there are in fact photos in the Pictures>2022 09 05 folder, you should select them in the grid and drag them to what will now be the Saved Pictures>2022 09 05 sub-folder. If you were to click and drag the folder itself, it would become a sub-folder: Saved Pictures>2022 09 05>2022 09 05.
I hope I haven't confused you.
