Panel Bin missing in Elements 2020

In Elements 2020 I can't find the Panel Bin.  It is missing

Thanks for all of your suggestions.  The solution came when I noticed that the Panel Bin was closed.  A click on the "Open" open option brought it back to normal.  I don't know how that option happened but all is OK now.

Could you be a little clearer about what you're missing?  Does, Window > Reset Panels make things right?

I tried to reset the panels.  I closed the app, restarted my MacBook Air and tried again.  I can't make the Panel Bin appear.

In Expert mode, click the Photo Bin button in the lower left corner of your screen.  Fixed?

It wasn't the Photo BIn that was missing...the entire Panel Bin.

Maybe the photoshop elements interface is bigger than the screen, thus obscuring the bottom part where it says Photo Bin.

 

If so, click on the Green Maximize button to fit photoshop elements to your screen.
