I have PSE11, Windows 10. I am trying to create a photobook and print to online photo service, which is something I have been able to do every year for the last several years. This year, after spending hours creating the photobook, it says that the service is no longer available. This is time sensitive. Can anyone explain what is happening? Thanks.
