I am using Photoshop Elements and have resized my photo's to passport size, i.e. 4.5cm x 3.5cm but when I come to upload it to the P & O Cruise on-line check in page it seems way too large and won't fit the area that they have allocated.
Am I doing something wrong? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
