PE 2018 Does Not Have Zoom Burst

When I go to Expert Mode, Fun Edits, there is not a Zoom Burst effect.  Where is it?

Yes, it's as expected in the guided edits section, fun edits tab.

It is not there in Photoshop Elements 2018.  I have a screen shot, but do not see where to post it.

Yes, it's there, just use the vertical slider on the right to move to the next row of effects under those you are showing.

Wow, thank you so much!  I have never noticed there was a slider bar with more options.  That is great!
