I've had PSE 15 for over a year now, running on an iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015), 2.8 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3. I recently upgraded to MacOS Mojave 10.14
When using the Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor I spend more time looking at the spinning beach ball than actually getting editing done. Editing a photo file has become very tedious.
I'm wondering if this issue could be eliminated by upgrading to PSE 2019 and if this version will work better in conjunction with Mac OS Mojave.
