PHOTO 4 BY 6 PRINT 4 BY 4 Elements 13.1

When printing from my Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 13.0 (13.1 (20150130.m.66724)) x64 on 4 by 6 photo paper I am getting 4 by 4 instead.  I am able to print correctly when I print direct to my HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 All-in-One.  Tom
