Photo Editor don't launch in Photoshop Elements 14?

Try the registry fix here:

Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10

If that doesn’t work,try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Is there an error message? If so, exactly what does it say?

Thank for your reply. I will try to see if it works.

No error messages, Photo Editor does simply not start.

It is Window 10 Home version 1803, 64 bit. Memory 16 GB
