Photo Elements 10 on Window 10

Hello,

I tried to load Photo Elements 10 on Windows 10.

The installation run well, but when I launch the program, I have the following message:

What can I do?

You could try the solution given here:

The solution is for old systems so you need to adapt it for Windows 10.
