Hello I have a kind of strange question: Is there anyone who can look at a photos metadata and tell if has been edited or enhanced by any adobe programs?

Yes or no...

By default, the metadata keeps the information about the Adobe softwared used to edit. But you can delete that information from the Adobe software, for instance with 'save for web', or by using an external exif/metadata editor.

In the editor, menu File >> File Info, basic tab,on the bottom of the page.
