Photo shop elements 13

I bought online in the past photo shop elements 13. I have the serial # and I am trying to install the program in my new computer, the program was installed in an old computer that is broke.  Thank you for your help, I really want to keep this excellent program.

You are allowed to activate two installations of PSE at the same time. If you have only installed in one computer, you can install PSE on the other and 'sign in = activate' by entering your license code.

To deactivate the unavailable computer, you'll have to use the 'chat' option in Customer Care. You will recover the second activation for another computer.
