My iPhone use to automatically transfer photos to my photo shop when I came into wifi range but I have been able to get that to happen since I got a new iPhone. How can I set this feature up again?

What OS are you using? What version of Elements are you using? (Are you using Elements and not Photoshop CC?)
On Windows, there has never been an option to import via wifi. I know nothing about Macs.
