When I photograph streamlined trains such as Amfleet cars I get blur on the horizontal lines of the fluted stainless steel. How do I fix in photoshop?
I have a Dell desktop PC with Windows 10. I have never used the Windows Snipping Tool before. On my first attempt I pasted a black box.
When I uploaded the picture to Flickr it looks better than it did in Photoshop, the blurring of horizontal lines is not gone but it is much less in Flickr than it was in Photoshop. Here is the address of the picture in Flickr:

Unfortunately, the adobe forums don't accept email attachments so you'll have to use your internet browser to insert the image.
Use the Insert Image button.

Sorry, I do not understand. The insert image button does not seem to work. I do not know how to use Google Chrome to insert an image.

When you click the Insert Image icon you should get this:
Click Browse to navigate to your picture. Select it, then click Insert Image.
If for some reason this doesn't insert the picture into the message, you can try taking a snapshot of the picture (e.g., with the Windows Snipping tool), copy the snapshot to the clipboard, and paste it into the message.

Did you get an error message with the Browse button, or did nothing happen?
Did you try the copy/paste of a screenshot?

Nothing happens when I click BROWSE. I also tried INSERT IMAGE, AGAIN NOTHING. I seem to be getting 2 white screens. The one on top has a header that says INSERT IMAGE. It also has an INSERT IMAGE button. I cannot get to the other screen behind the top screen, I can only see its edges. Clicking on the edge does nothing, clicking on X does nothing. Ctrl V does not insert my image. Can you look at my image in either Flickr or Smug Mug?

I don't understand why Insert Image doesn't work for you. You said you got the Insert Image window. There shouldn't be a second obscured window like you are getting. When you click Browse you should get the standard Windows file browser where you then navigate to select your picture.
What type of PC are you working from: desktop, laptop, tablet, other?
Anyway, we can certainly look at or download your image from Flickr or SmugMug (I'n not familiar with that one), or Dropbox if you have that.

Bill,
You didn't provide the link to your SendSpace picture. However I assume it's the same as the Flickr picture which I did download.
Is this the "blur" you are referring to?
Also note that the telephone lines are choppy.
This phenomenon (I believe it is called Moire) I've often seen in PSE when viewing a picture at other than 100% or 50% size.
I've also seen it in other viewers such as Windows Photo Viewer and Irfanview.
In this PSE example the zoom is 27%
However here it is zoomed to 100%. No Moire and the telephone lines (not shown here ) are nice and straight.
When printed the picture will look correct regardless of the zoom size in PSE.
If this does not explain your problem, please clarify.
